It can cut the wire sheath 360 degrees according to the cutting depth set in the program, so it can be precisely cut through the braid. Then use another set of V-shaped cutters to cut the wire and pull off the layers of wire sheath. Both sides of the blade edge are equipped with an automatic air blowing device, which can blow away the waste wire sheath in time.
3、The wire feeding by the pulley greatly increases the contact area between the wire and the feeding wheel. The pressure of the wire feeding wheel can be set in the program without any mechanical adjustment. Different values can be set separately for the wire feeding pressure and the wire stripping pressure, so the processing accuracy can be guaranteed It does not crush the wire, and there is no indentation on the surface of the wire sheath.
4、This machine is also equipped with an automatic wire feeding machine suitable for flexible coaxial cables, which can maintain a constant wire feeding tension, which is conducive to improving processing accuracy and stability. The wire feeding machine can be linked with the wire stripping machine, and the wire is automatically fed, and the wire is automatically stopped when the wire is not needed. 5 meters of wire can be pre-stored in the pulley block of the wire feeding machine, and the wire can be continuously and stably fed when processing long wires.
